I think shopping should be considered an international sport. Seriously. Human beings of all ages can easily burn off at least half a kilo from just one hour of window shopping. Especially if they are women. It's true, in most instances, at least. I personally believe in entering, grabbing, paying and scooting. Why roam around and study every minute detail? There are some people who would simply refuse to buy something because when you tilt the object at 45 degrees, a minute scratch can be noticed, for instance. Or maybe, they notice a non-existent dent somewhere. Sheesh. Haha.

Anyway, after engaging in the calorie-burning sport for hours, mom and I were taking a break at Macs. It was then that I realised how entertaining observing people can turn out to be. Well, there was a couple from another country who particularly caught my eye. The man ordered a meal, collected it and sat down with his wife. So far so good. Upon realising that there wasn't any straw on his tray, he decided to raise his hand and wave frantically at someone at the counter, shouting "straw" periodically. Thereafter, he peeled off the burger bun, folded it into half, added some lettuce in between, and munched on it. After he downed the bun, he removed the patty and ate that on its own too. Hmm. Interesting. Indeed.
